FrischSchoggi 70% Brazil Cocoa Nib Dark Chocolate

For this single-origin FrischSchoggi, only Trinitario cocoa beans from Brazil's Bahia region are used. Grown using the traditional Cabruca method, this cocoa gives the fresh dark chocolate a deep, intense and refined flavour that lingers on the palate. FrischSchoggi is one of Läderach's signature creations. Produced fresh every day, our chocolate is crafted with carefully selected premium ingredients in our chocolate workshop in Switzerland. A little note: we recommend enjoying FrischSchoggi as fresh as possible; its aroma and flavour are at their most intense during the first weeks.
