Hazelnut Dark has been one of the classics of our FrischSchoggi collection for over 20 years. Aromatic Piedmont IGP hazelnuts are lightly roasted whole in our chocolate workshop and crisply caramelised, then coated with our smooth fresh dark chocolate. FrischSchoggi is one of Läderach's signature flavours. Produced fresh every day, our chocolate is combined with carefully selected first-class ingredients in our chocolate workshop in Switzerland. A little note: we recommend enjoying FrischSchoggi as fresh as possible; its aroma and flavour are at their most intense in the first weeks.
