FrischSchoggi Caramel and Maldon Salt Chocolate

This beloved FrischSchoggi variety is made with the balanced harmony of our milk and dark chocolates. Small caramel pieces and fleur de sel obtained through traditional methods add a sophisticated flavour balance to the chocolate, ranging from sweet to lightly salty. FrischSchoggi is one of Läderach's signature flavours. Produced fresh every day, our chocolate is combined with carefully selected first-class ingredients in our chocolate workshop in Switzerland. A little note: we recommend enjoying FrischSchoggi as fresh as possible; its aroma and flavour are at their most intense in the first weeks.
