Which payment methods do you accept?
So you can complete your orders with confidence, we offer payment options by credit card and bank transfer. Your credit card payments are processed through our secure payment infrastructure, iyzico. Once your payment is approved, your order is carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your payment is approved, we send you an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
To preserve the freshness of our products and deliver them to you as quickly as possible, our orders enter the preparation process immediately after they are placed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been created.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Läderach products are prepared and shipped under special conditions, as they are food products and to preserve their freshness. For this reason, no returns or exchanges can be made on delivered products.
If your order is delivered damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we kindly ask you to send an email to info@felicitascikolata.com as soon as possible after delivery. Your request will be reviewed and we will get back to you in the shortest possible time.
Do I need to create an account to purchase Läderach products online?
No. If you wish, you can also easily place an order as a guest. By creating an account, however, you can view your order history, save your address details and complete your future purchases more quickly.
How are the chocolates protected from melting during shipping?
Läderach chocolates are carefully packaged to preserve their freshness and superior quality. During the summer months, our products are shipped with special dry-ice-supported packaging to help maintain the ideal temperature throughout transit. This way, we aim for your chocolates to reach you in the best possible condition.
Can I choose a specific delivery date for my order?
At this time, we are unable to offer the option to select a specific delivery date for our orders. Your order is carefully prepared after your payment is completed and handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the courier company's operations.
Is an invoice or price information included with my order?
No. We do not include an invoice or price information inside the package with our orders. This way, orders sent as gifts retain their thoughtful presentation. The e-invoice for your order is sent electronically to the email address you provided when placing the order.
Can I add a shopping bag to my order?
A shopping bag option is not offered on our online orders. During the summer months, to preserve the freshness of our chocolates, our orders are shipped in special insulated cooling bags.

Does Läderach offer vegan chocolate?
No. Läderach Türkiye's current product range does not include a vegan chocolate option. You can find detailed information about product contents and allergens on the product pages, or get in touch with us at info@felicitascikolata.com.
Does Läderach offer lactose-free chocolate?
Our products are not produced lactose-free. While some products are naturally lactose-free, they may contain trace amounts of milk or lactose, as they are processed in the same production facility alongside products that contain milk. We recommend that guests with lactose sensitivity review the product ingredients carefully.
Does Läderach offer gluten-free chocolate?
Läderach products are not classified as gluten-free. Although some products do not contain gluten, trace amounts of gluten may be present due to the production processes. We recommend that guests with gluten sensitivity or allergies carefully review the product ingredients.
Does Läderach chocolate contain barley malt?
The ingredients used in some of our products may contain barley malt extract. Since barley malt naturally contains gluten, we recommend that guests with gluten sensitivity check the product ingredients.
Does Läderach chocolate contain palm oil?
At Läderach, we avoid the use of palm oil in our products as much as possible. For the limited number of products that do contain palm oil, we choose RSPO-certified palm oil sourced from sustainable sources.
Does Läderach chocolate contain titanium dioxide?
No. Titanium dioxide is not used in Läderach products.
Does Läderach chocolate contain preservatives?
Läderach chocolates are produced without the use of preservatives. The freshness of our products is preserved through quality raw materials, careful production processes, and proper storage conditions.
Does Läderach use genetically modified ingredients?
No. No GMO ingredients are used in Läderach products.
Does Läderach chocolate contain soy or other legumes?
Non-GMO soy lecithin may be used as an emulsifier in some of our products. Soy and other allergen information is specified per product in the ingredients section.
Why does Läderach use soy lecithin?
Soy lecithin may be used in some chocolates to support the product's structure and texture. The soy lecithin used in Läderach products is non-GMO.
How does Läderach use glucose syrup?

I have a nut allergy. Can I still eat Läderach chocolate?

Do Läderach products contain peanuts?

Does Läderach have chocolates containing alcohol?
