The Florentine layer, made with sliced almonds, sugar, butter, and cream, is baked and placed atop fresh milk chocolate; a crunchy, caramelized, and elegant flavour emerges. FrischSchoggi is one of Läderach's signature flavours. Produced fresh every day, our chocolate is made with first-class ingredients carefully selected in our chocolate atelier in Switzerland. A little note: we recommend enjoying FrischSchoggi as fresh as possible; its aroma and flavour are at their most intense in the first weeks.
